We want you to love your Hydro Flask gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unused items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
