What is the standard shipping time for orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Do Hydro Flask products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our hydration products carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers issues like thermal performance and broken welds.

Are Hydro Flask products dishwasher safe?

All Hydro Flask powder-coated bottles are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing for any products with a matte finish or those without the dishwasher-safe icon on the bottom.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
